Nader and Fein at HLS: "America's Lawless Empire: The Constitutional Crimes of Bush and Obama"
I love Ralph's passion in descrying governmental abuses, but I can't understand his desire to implement large governmental solutions to solve greater societal problems (environment/ health care).
Yes, I know that 'small Gubmint' (then smaller and smaller still) is one of your wet dreams but I don't believe most societal ills can be remedied that way.
Perhaps the petit-bourgeois 'tinker taylor candle stickmaker' economy you envisage there's no need for the Nader's of the world but that seems Utopian inits own right.
