How religion turned american politics against science (Big Think)
You don't think that the nuttiness resulting from bad science isn't being de-mythologized? If "science" wanted converts, shouldn't they deliver a working vaccine (w/permanent immunity) and not leak new diseases into the population? Shouldn't they have more definitive and conclusive answers to questions like, "Should we wear masks outdoors?" Because today, that's all driven by politics, not science.
