I was never a fan... but I still wouldn't call him a "war criminal". His crime was in lying that a presence of WMD's justified entry into the Iraq War, when in my opinion Saddam Hussein's simple violations of the 1st Gulf War treaty with respect to inspections were sufficient grounds to justify the invasion.
